Digital Products

All products sold by Art Galilee Design are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Because your files are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Refunds

We cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Ordering the wrong item
Purchasing the same item more than once
Not reading the product description or sizing information before purchase
Incompatibility with your printer, software, or device

Please review all product descriptions, preview images, and included file sizes carefully before completing your purchase.

Download Issues

If you experience any problems downloading your files, receive damaged files, or believe you received the wrong files, please contact us at artgalileedesign@gmail.com

We'll work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue by providing replacement files or correcting any download problems.

Wrong or Corrupted Files

If the files you receive are incorrect or corrupted, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Once we verify the issue, we'll send you the correct files at no additional cost.
